海上风光联合火电机组的综合性能优化配置方法

摘  要:为提高沿海地区燃煤机组与海上风电光伏耦合运行的综合性能,提出了一种考虑机组动态特性影响的风光容量配置方法和针对风光不确定性的随机优化调度方法。首先,引入动态跟踪频域指标和AHP-熵权法构造综合性能评价指标,基于风力、光伏发电和超临界燃煤机组的特性建模,优化配置系统可消纳的风光容量,并分析不同储能容量对弃风弃光率的影响。其次,为获得与系统动态运行最匹配的优化调度结果,建立包含动态频域跟踪指标的机会约束规划模型,并转化为混合整数线性规划问题求解不确定风光出力下的优化调度方案。各季度的典型日调度算例表明系统的动态响应能力得到了有效提升,尤其在秋季动态指标下降了3%。尽管考虑动态特性导致春季和冬季的经济成本略有上升,但秋季降低了2%,整体实现了经济性与动态性能的良好平衡。研究结果为燃煤机组耦合高比例可再生能源的运行优化提供了有效的方法。To enhance the integrated performance of coal-fired units coupled with offshore wind and solar power in coastal areas,this paper proposes a wind-solar capacity configuration method considering the dynamic characteristics of units,along with a stochastic optimization scheduling method for wind and solar uncertainties.First,dynamic tracking frequency domain indicators and the AHP-entropy weight method are introduced to construct comprehensive performance evaluation metrics.Based on the modeling of wind,solar power,and supercritical coal-fired units,the system's absorbable wind-solar capacity is optimized,and the impact of different storage capacities on wind and solar curtailment rates is analyzed.Next,to achieve optimal scheduling results that best match the system's dynamic operation,a chance-constrained programming model incorporating dynamic frequency domain tracking indicators is established and transformed into a mixed-integer linear programming problem to solve the optimal scheduling scheme under uncertain wind and solar output.Typical daily scheduling examples for each season demonstrate that the system's dynamic response capability has been effectively improved,particularly with a 3%reduction in dynamic indicators in autumn.Although considering dynamic characteristics slightly increases economic costs in spring and winter,there is a 2%reduction in autumn,achieving a good balance between economic efficiency and dynamic performance overall.The results of this study provide an effective method for optimizing the operation of coal-fired units coupled with a high proportion of renewable energy.
