我院儿科处方合理性调查探讨及用药分析

摘　　要：目的为调查我院儿科处方的合理性,促进合理用药。方法抽取我院2023年1~6月2000张儿科处方作为研究对象,对用药情况进行针对性分析。结果(1)2000张处方中,以3~5岁患儿为主,临床诊断主要为支气管炎、上呼吸道感染,用药量最多的是注射用头孢他啶,其次是注射用阿奇霉素;(2)共发现不合理处方47张,包括不规范处方、用药不适宜处方、超常处方,分别为9张、32张、6张。结论我院儿科处方基本合理,但也存在一定不足,医师、药师必须加强专业知识学习,不断提高儿科用药水平。OBJECTIVE To investigate the rationality of pediatric prescriptions in our hospital and promote rational drug use.METHODS 2000 pediatric prescriptions from January to June 2023 in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and the drug use was analyzed.RESULTS(1)Among the 2000 prescriptions,children aged 3-5 years were the main patients,and the clinical diagnosis was mainly bronchitis and upper respiratory tract infection.The most used drug was dexamethasone injection,followed by azithromycin for injection.(2)47 irrational prescriptions were found,including non-standard prescriptions,unsuitable prescriptions and supernormal prescriptions,which were 9,32 and 6 respectively.CONCLUSIONS The pediatric prescriptions in our hospital are basically reasonable,but there are also some deficiencies.Physicians and pharmacists must strengthen the study of professional knowledge and continuously improve the level of pediatric drug use.
