早期联合降脂对我院ACS患者血脂达标率的影响

摘　　要：目的探究早期他汀类药物联合胆固醇吸收抑制剂对急性冠脉综合征(Acute coronary syndrome,ACS)患者的血脂达标率的影响。方法回顾性分析2023年1~12月我院72例首次发生ACS的动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病(Atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease,ASCVD)超高危及极高危人群患者的临床资料,根据降脂方案分为双联组(他汀类药物联合胆固醇吸收抑制剂)29例和单药组(他汀类药物)43例。将两组治疗前及治疗4周后的TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C水平及血脂降幅进行比较,再评价两组降脂效果及达标率。结果两组基线对比基本均衡,治疗4周后血脂达标率方面,双联组为3.45%,单药组为6.98%,差异无统计学意义。但双联组dTC、dLDL-C降幅优于单药组,存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论在ACS患者的治疗中,早期联合使用他汀类药物与胆固醇吸收抑制剂能有效降低血脂水平,促进其更早达标。OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of early statin and cholesterol absorption inhibitor combination on ACS patients′lipid target achievement.METHODS Retrospective analysis of 72 first-time,very high/extreme risk ASCVD patients with ACS in 2023,29 received statins plus inhibitors,43 received statins only.Lipid levels and reductions pre-and four weeks post-treatment were compared.RESULTS The two baseline groups were essentially balanced.After 4 weeks of treatment,the lipid target achievement rate was 3.45%for the dual therapy group and 6.98%for the monotherapy group,with no statistically significant difference.However,the dual therapy group shows a better reduction in dTC and dLDL-C compared to the monotherapy group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Early combined statin and inhibitor use effectively lowers lipids in ACS patients,hastening target achievement.
