复方片仔癀软膏在肾移植术后带状疱疹治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨复方片仔癀软膏在肾移植术后带状疱疹治疗中的应用价值。方法选取2018年2月至2024年7月联勤保障部队第九○○医院住院收治的86例肾移植术后带状疱疹患者进行回顾性分析,所有患者系统药物治疗方案相同,均在调整肾移植术后免疫抑制剂用法用量基础上使用抗病毒药物和镇痛治疗,但疱疹未破阶段的局部治疗方法有所不同,以此分为片仔癀组(n=52)和对照组(n=34),其中片仔癀组使用复方片仔癀软膏外涂;对照组使用炉甘石洗剂外涂。对比两组治疗总有效率、症状缓解时间(止疱时间、结痂时间和止痛时间)、带状疱疹后神经痛(postherpetic neuralgia,PHN)发生率和局部外用药物不良反应情况。结果两组治疗14d后总有效率差异无统计学意义。片仔癀组止疱时间、结痂时间、止痛时间显著缩短,PHN发生率显著降低,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未见局部治疗药物相关不良反应。结论复方片仔癀软膏局部外用能够促进肾移植术后带状疱疹患者症状改善,缩短止疱时间和结痂时间,更快缓解疼痛,有效降低PHN发生率。OBJECTIVE To investigate the application value of compound Pien Tze Huang ointment in the treatment of herpes zoster after kidney transplantation.METHODS A retrospective analysis was conducted on 86 patients with herpes zoster after kidney transplantation admitted to the 900 th Hospital of the Joint Logistics Support Force from February 2018 to July 2024.All patients had the same systemic drug treatment plan and were treated with antiviral drugs and analgesic drugs based on adjusting the dosage of immunosuppressive agents after kidney transplantation.However,the local treatment methods for the stage of unbreaked were different.They were divided into two groups:the Pien Tze Huang group(n=52)and the control group(n=34).The Pien Tze Huang group was treated with compound Pien Tze Huang ointment applied externally;The control group applied calamine detergent externally.Compare the total effective rate,symptom relief time(blister stopping time,scab formation time,and pain relief time),incidence of postherpetic neuralgia(PHN),and the adverse reactions to topical medications between two treatment groups.RESULTS The total effective rate of the two treatment groups after 14 days of treatment showed no statistically significant difference.The time for stopping blisters,the scab formation time,and the pain relief time in the Pien Tze Huang group were significantly shortened.The incidence of PHN in the Pien Tze Huang group was significantly reduced,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).No local treatment-related adverse reactions were observed in both groups.CONCLUSION Local application of the compound Pien Tze Huang ointment can promote symptom improvement in patients with herpes zoster after kidney transplantation,shorten the time to stop blisters and scab formation,relieve pain faster,and effectively reduce the incidence of PHN.
