基于模拟分析的核电用双流道泵体的铸造工艺研发

摘　　要：双流道泵体采用Z3CN20-09M不锈钢材料铸造成型,产品存在热节分散、补缩困难和流道尺寸要求高等工艺难点。铸造工艺初步设计完成后,通过铸造仿真软件对泵体铸件的铸造工艺进行充型、凝固过程的模拟运算,分析软件基于不同判据的模拟结果,并结合实际生产经验与客户要求,确定最终的铸造工艺。实际生产结果表明,采用经模拟检验合格后的铸造工艺生产的的泵体产品,其质量满足客户技术要求。The double channel pump body is cast with Z3CN20-09M,a kind of stainless steel.The product has technological difficulties in hot joint dispersion and feeding,and high requirement for the size of the channel.After the preliminary design of the casting process is completed,the calculation for filling and solidification process of the casting process of the pump body casting is simulated by the casting simulation software,and the simulation results are analyzed based on different criteria by means of the software,and the final casting process is determined in combination with the actual production experiences and customers’requirements.The actual production results show that the internal and external quality of the pump body products formed according to the casting process after passing the simulation inspection can meet the technical requirements of the customers.
