摘  要:核反应堆压力容器的异种钢焊接结构形式较多,在不锈钢与镍基合金异种钢对接焊缝的焊接过程中,采用钨极氩弧焊焊接,焊缝的纯净度和焊接质量高,但易产生气孔缺陷,会降低焊缝接头的强度和致密性,使应力集中成为裂纹的起源,影响产品的使用性能及安全性能。通过对不锈钢与镍基合金异种钢焊缝的焊接全过程进行多次试验研究,分析气孔缺陷的形成机理,确定气孔缺陷的影响因素及防止措施,减少不锈钢与镍基合金异种钢焊缝中的气孔缺陷,提高焊缝质量。There are many forms of welding structure of dissimilar metals in the nuclear power reactor pressure vessel products.Due to the purity of welds and high welding quality,the GTAW process is often chosen during the welding process of butt welds of stainless steel and nickel-based alloy.But it is easy to produce porosity defects,which will reduce the strength and density of the welds and cause stress concentration,which is the origin of cracks.The existence of porosity defects will affect the performance and safety of the products.Through many experiments during the whole welding process of stainless steel and nickel-based alloy,the formation mechanism of porosity defects is analyzed and the influencing factors and prevention measures of porosity defects are determined to reduce the porosity defects in the dissimilar metal welds of stainless steel and nickel-based alloy and improve the quality of welds.
