摘  要:对JB/T 4120—2017、SN 322-10、EN 10228-3、ASTM A-388等适用于锻造支承辊超声检测的国内外标准进行了对比分析,国内JB/T 4120—2017标准注重于钢锭内部缺陷对底波的影响,国际上常用的支承辊超声检测标准从底波法和当量法上进行了严格的规定。国内宝钢、本钢等在轧制要求不断提高的情况下,结合生产实际也提出了不同的检测要求。在这种背景下,支承辊的生产制作难度陡然提升,个别公司的检测合格率降低了20%,出现了一些因支承辊检测不合格报废的情况,对轧辊制造企业的生产经营产生了较大的影响,本文针对检测要求和检测不合格的案例进行了详细分析并介绍了相应的解决措施。JB T 4120-2017,SN 322-10,EN 10228-3,ASTM A-388 and other domestic and foreign standards suitable for ultrasonic testing of forging backup rolls are compared and analyzed.The domestic JB T 4120-2017 standard focuses on the influence of internal defects of steel ingot on the bottom wave.The ultrasonic testing standards of backup rolls commonly used in the world are strictly stipulated from the bottom wave method and the equivalent method.Domestic Baosteel,Benxi Steel and other companies in the rolling requirements continue to improve the situation,combined with the actual production also put forward different testing requirements.In this context,the production difficulty of backup rolls has increased sharply,and the detection qualification rate of individual companies has been reduced by 20%.There have been some cases of unqualified scrapping due to the detection of backup rolls,which has had a great impact on the production and operation of roll manufacturing enterprises.This paper analyzes the detection requirements and unqualified cases in detail and introduces the corresponding solutions.
