摘  要:为深入了解Cr5支承辊内部缺陷种类及产生机理,对超声检测不合格的Cr5支承辊进行了系统的解剖分析,发现该支承辊冒口端芯部超声检测无底波是氮化硼引起的沿晶开裂,水口及锭身区域超声检测无底波是锻造过程中出现芯部撕裂造成的。In order to deeply understand the types and generation mechanism of internal defects of Cr5 backup rolls,a systematic anatomical analysis of Cr5 backup rolls that were unqualified and scrapped by ultrasonic testing recently was carried out.It was found that the ultrasonic testing without bottom echo in the core of the backup roll riser was caused by intergranular cracking due to boron nitride,and the ultrasonic testing without bottom echo in the gate and ingot body area was caused by core tearing during forging.
