摘  要:在深圳市春风隧道工程中,研究并采用了适用于超大直径盾构法道路隧道的预制车道板结构设计施工方案。结合项目特点及施工组织能力,确定了双层车道板结构体系。为实现上、下层及盾构掘进多空间、多工种的同步施工,在预制车道板及现浇纵梁上首创了凸、凹榫设计;采用高品质、精细化的设计理念,利用车道板接缝消隐管线。针对预制车道板进行了静载试验,试验结果表明预制车道板结构性能良好,承载能力及正常使用能力均满足要求,可为类似工程设计、施工提供参考。The design and construction schemes of prefabricated lane slab structure suitable for extra-large shield-built road tunnels were studied and adopted in Chunfeng Tunnel, Shenzhen. Considering the project's characteristics and construction organization capabilities, a double-deck lane slab structural system was determined. To achieve synchronous shield tunneling and lane slab construction in multiple spaces, a novel tongue and groove design was pioneered on the prefabricated lane slabs and cast-in-place longitudinal beams. The joints of the lane slabs were used to conceal pipelines. Static load tests were conducted on the prefabricated lane slabs, and the results showed that the structural performance of the prefabricated lane slabs was excellent, with the load-bearing capacity and normal serviceability meeting the requirements. This can provide a valuable reference for the design and construction of similar projects.
