摘  要:上海轨道交通1号线上海南站站洞口至莘庄站上、下行区间属于地面段,接触网设备裸露于自然环境且没有备份,容易遭受雷电的侵害。因此,接触网防雷装置的安全、可靠尤为重要。通过应用质量管理方法,对上海轨道交通1号线接触网防雷装置隐患进行了现状调查、目标设定、原因分析,制定了合理的对策并实施整改,有效降低了接触网防雷装置的隐患数量,确保了接触网供电的可靠性。The interval between Shanghai South Railway Station and Xinzhuang Station of Shanghai Rail Transit Line 1 is above-ground where the overhead contact line equipment is exposed to the natural environment without redundancy, making it susceptible to lightning strikes. The safety and reliability of the lightning protection system for the overhead contact lines are particularly important. By applying quality management methods, an investigation into the potential hazards of the lightning protection system for the contact lines of Shanghai Rail Transit Line 1 was conducted, which included a status survey, target setting, and cause analysis. Based on this, reasonable countermeasures were formulated and implemented to rectify the issues. As a result, the number of potential hazards associated with the lightning protection system of overhead contact lines of Line 1 was effectively reduced, ensuring the reliability of power supply for the southern extension of Line 1.
