摘　　要：随着上海的快速发展,一批先行开通运营的轨道交通车站已无法满足提升乘客服务水平的需求。结合上海轨道交通中山公园站综合改造项目,介绍了项目成本控制、进度控制、质量控制和安全管理4个方面存在的问题及其解决方案。在项目分析中,通过调查法、分析法和实验法等研究方法,解决了问题,旨在为后续类似项目的管理提供参考。With the rapid construction development in Shanghai, some of the earlier operational rail transit stations are no longer able to meet the demands for enhanced passenger service levels. Based on the comprehensive renovation project of Zhongshan Park Station of Shanghai Rail Transit Line 3, the issues and solutions in the following four key aspects of cost control, schedule control, quality control, and safety management are introduced. The problem-solving processes using survey and analytical methods are analyzed.
