摘　　要：生产力水平是推动人类社会发展的关键因素。作为新质生产力的重要组成部分,以生成式人工智能为技术依托的智能生产力,是当今时代发展的必然产物,反映了人类寻求体力劳动解放的强烈需求,也是推动经济结构转型升级的重要一环,具有先进性、普惠性、精确性的特征。但智能生产力的发展仍面临着伦理风险,即资本逻辑裹挟下的异化倾向、深度伪造技术的负面效应和替代性决策所带来的本体性安全挑战。合理规避智能生产力发展的伦理风险,应从“防范资本逻辑,界定准入边界”“运用法治思维,明晰责任主体”和“推动智能向善,守护本体安全”三方面着手,以推动智能生产力的进一步发展。The level of productivity is a key factor to promote the development of human society.As an important part of the new quality productivity,the intelligent productivity based on the technology of generative artificial intelligence is an inevitable product of the development of today's era,reflecting the strong demand of human beings to seek the liberation of mental labour,and an important part of promoting the transformation and upgrading of the economic structure,which is characterized by progressiveness,universality and precision.However,the development of smart productivity still faces ethical risks,i.e.suffering from the alienation tendency wrapped in the logic of capital,the negative effects of deep falsification technology and the ontological security challenges posed by alternative decision-making.To reasonably avoid the ethical risks of the development of intelligent productivity,we should start from the three aspects of“preventing capital logic,defining the access boundary”,“applying the rule of law thinking,clarifying the subject of responsibility”and“promoting intelligence to the good and protecting the security of the ontology”,so as to promote the further development of intelligent productivity.
