摘  要:基于低温常压蒸发技术设计了一套电石法乙炔清净废水空气循环低温常压浓缩系统,并采用Aspen Plus软件对浓缩塔循环液流量和温度、空气流量和温度、浓缩塔理论塔板数等进行了模拟研究,得到了适宜的操作参数和设备参数。Based on low-temperature atmospheric evaporation technology,a air circulation low-temperature atmospheric pressure concentration system for wastewater from calcium carbide method acetylene purification was designed.Aspen Plus software was used to simulate and study from the aspects of circulating liquid flow rate and temperature,dry air flow rate and temperature,and theoretical plate number of the concentration tower.Suitable operating parameters and equipment parameters were obtained.
