摘　　要：契约文书材料生动翔实地反映了民间社会生活的真实历史形态,具有弥足珍贵的史料价值。自20世纪初期以来,对契约文书的研究广受学界关注,然而,学界对江西地区契约文书的专题研究,却有所缺漏。彭志才博士新著《清代—民国江西地区田宅契约研究》在占有大量“新一手材料”的基础上,凭借独特的观察视角、精密的个案分析与浓厚的“问题意识”,充分发挥江西省博物馆馆藏契约文书的价值,弥补了相关学术领域缺乏系统、全面的研究的缺憾,可谓是一部清至民国江西地区社会经济史研究的力作。Contract documents vividly and accurately reflect the historical forms of civil society life,with precious historical value.Since the early 20th century,they have been widely concerned by the academic community.However,there are some deficiencies in special research on contract documents in Jiangxi.Peng Zhicai’s new book,A Study on Land House Contracts in Jiangxi from the Qing Dynasty to Republic of China Period(Qingdai-Minguo Jiangxi Diqu Tianzhai Qiyue Yanjiu),is based on a large number of“new first-hand materials”.With a unique perspective of observation,precise case analysis and strong“problem consciousness”,it gives full play to the values of collecting contract documents and making up for lacking of systematic and comprehensive research in related fields.It is a masterpiece of social and economic history research in Jiangxi area from the Qing Dynasty to the period of Republic of China.
