装配式墙板结构在新农村住宅建设中的应用研究

摘　　要：相较于城市化进程的快速发展和人居条件的明显改善,农村住房问题日益凸显,亟须寻求高效、环保的解决方案。装配式墙板结构作为一种新型的装配式建筑技术,在满足绿色农宅与双碳目标方面具有显著优势。文章基于装配式住宅特点,探讨装配式墙板结构在新农村住宅建筑中的优势及可行性,并分析农村住宅与城市别墅之间的差异。结合高标准装配式绿色农宅实践案例,展示装配式墙板结构在农村住宅中的具体实施效果,强调其在提高居住舒适度和安全性方面的贡献。实践显示,装配式住宅在新农村建设中切实可行,可为未来农村住房的发展提供参考。Compared with rapid development of urbanization drive and obvious improvement of habitat conditions,the problem of rural dwelling house is increasingly highlighted,and a highly efficient and environment-friendly solution is badly needed.As a kind of new type assembly type building technology,assembly type wallboard structure has remarkable advantage in meeting green rural dwelling house and dual carbon goal.Based on the characteristics of assembly type residence,this paper discusses the advantage and feasibility of assembly type wallboard structure in new rural residence building,and it analyzes the difference between rural dwelling house and urban villa.Combined with practical case of high standard assembly type green rural dwelling house,it displays concrete practical effect of assembly type wallboard structure in rural dwelling house,and it emphasizes its contribution in improving residence comfortableness and safety.It is shown by practice that assembly type residence is feasible in new rural construction,and it can provide reference for future development of rural dwelling house.
