摘  要:随着人工授精技术的逐渐成熟,生产中约有90%的母猪采用该技术进行繁殖,因此精液质量对生猪生产有着十分重要的意义。在体内,通常通过饲喂添加剂来调节机体激素水平、相关通路等从而提高精液品质。在体外,由于精子易受到外界环境影响导致质量下降,通常选择添加保护剂来提高精子活力、顶体和质膜完整性,并调节线粒体能量代谢和抗氧化水平等。本文综述了外源添加剂在猪体内的作用和保护剂在体外对精液的作用,旨在从饲料添加剂、常温及冷冻保护剂方面为提高猪精液质量提供理论依据和参考。With the gradual maturity of artificial insemination technology,about 90%of the female pigs in production are reproduced by it,so semen quality is of great significance to production.In vivo,additives are usually fed to regulate the body’s hormone levels,related pathways,etc.,so as to improve the quality of semen.In vitro,because sperm is susceptible to external environmental influences,which leads to a decrease in its quality,it is common to add protectants to improve sperm motility,acrosome and plasma membrane integrity,and regulate mitochondrial energy metabolism and antioxidant levels.In this paper,the effects of exogenous additives on pigs in vivo and protective agents on semen in vitro were reviewed,aiming to provide a theoretical basis and reference for improving the quality of pig semen from the aspects of feed additives,room temperature protectants and cryoprotectants.
