摘　　要：牛可以提供优质的奶、肉及皮革等,在人类社会生活中具有重要的作用,根据牛的肉乳性能和体型特征将其分为肉用型、乳用型和兼用型。选择信号是动物进化过程中遗留在其基因组上的遗传印记,可通过分析牛群体间的选择信号来鉴定重要性状关键候选基因,并应用于育种改良,加快育种进程。本文综述了选择信号主要的检测方法,总结了近年来利用选择信号分析鉴定牛重要性状关键候选基因的研究进展及其在牛中的应用,以期为研究牛的遗传改良工作提供参考依据。Cattle play an important role in the development of human social life,providing high-quality milk,meat and leather.According to the meat and milk performance and body shape characteristics,cattle are mainly divided into three types:meat type,milk type and combined use type.Signal selection is the genetic imprint left on the genome of animals in the process of evolution,and the identification of key candidate genes for important traits through signal selection analysis among cattle populations could be applied to breeding improvement,which could accelerate the breeding process.In this paper,the main detection methods of signal selection were reviewed,and the research progress of the identification of key candidate genes for important traits in cattle by signal selection analysis and their application in cattle in recent years were summarized,in order to provide a reference for the study of genetic improvement in cattle.
