摘 要:为了探究绵羊补喂褪黑素(melatonin,MT)后其在体内的代谢规律,试验选取年龄为1~2岁、平均体重为(45.48±4.78)kg的30只母羊作为试验动物,随机分为对照组(日间)、试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组和试验Ⅳ组,每组6只,每组每只母羊分别补喂0,1,2,4,8 mg/d的MT,测定补喂前第0小时和补喂后第0.5,1,2,3,4,6,8小时绵羊日间血浆MT含量;选取年龄为1~2岁平均体重为(49.92±6.04)kg的12只母羊作为试验动物,随机分为对照组(夜间)和试验组,每组6只,每只母羊分别补喂0,4 mg/d的MT,分别在补喂前第0小时和补喂后第0.5,1,2,3,4,6,8小时测定血浆MT含量,研究绵羊夜间血浆MT含量变化规律。结果表明:日间补喂MT后第1,2,4小时各试验组血浆MT含量显著高于对照组(日间)(P<0.05);补喂后第6小时,试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组血浆MT含量显著高于对照组(日间)(P<0.05);试验在第4小时血浆MT含量达到峰值。夜间补喂后第0.5,1,2,3,4小时,试验组血浆MT含量均显著高于对照组(夜间)(P<0.05),试验在第3小时血浆MT含量达到峰值。说明在本试验条件下,补喂MT均可提高母羊血浆MT含量,其中日间在补喂后第4小时血浆MT含量达到峰值,夜间在补喂后第3小时血浆MT含量达到峰值。In order to study the metabolism of melatonin(MT)in sheep after supplementation with MT,thrity ewes with an average weight of(45.48±4.78)kg at the age of 1-2 years old were selected as the experimental animal.They were randomly divided into control group(daytime),experimental groupⅠ,experimental groupⅡ,experimental groupⅢand experimental groupⅣ,with 6 ewes in each group.Each ewe in each group was supplemented with 0,1,2,4 and 8 mg/d MT,respectively.The variation of MT in sheep was studied at 0 hour before refeeding and 0.5,1,2,3,4,6 and 8 hours after refeeding.Twelve ewes aged from 1 to 2 years old with an average body weight of(49.92±6.04)kg were randomly divided into control group(night)and experimental group,with 6 ewes in each group.Each ewe in each group was supplemented with 0 and 4 mg/d MT,respectively.Blood samples were collected at 0 hour before refeeding and 0.5,1,2,3,4,6 and 8 h after supplementation with MT to determine the content of plasma MT,so as to study the changes of MT in sheep at night.The results showed that the plasma MT content in the experimental groups was significantly higher than that in the control group(daytime)at 1,2 and 4 hours after daytime refeeding(P<0.05).After supplementation with MT for 6 h,the plasma MT content of the experimental groupsⅠ,ⅡandⅢwas significantly higher than that in control group(daytime)(P<0.05).At the 4 h after supplementation with MT,the plasma MT content reached the peak.Plasma MT content in the experimental groups was significantly higher than that in the control group(night)at 0.5,1,2,3 and 4 hours after MT supplementation at night(P<0.05),and reached the peak at 3 h.The results indicated that supplemental feeding of MT could increase plasma MT content of ewes under experimental conditions,and the peak value of plasma MT content was reached at 4 h after supplemental feeding during the day and 3 h after supplemental feeding at night.
