某父母代种鸡场肠炎沙门菌的分离与感染情况调查

摘　　要：为了解某父母代种鸡场肠炎沙门菌的感染情况,试验采集37,45,53周龄肉鸡的泄殖腔拭子、环境拭子等共661份临床样品进行禽沙门菌的分离培养,并对分离菌株进行了生化鉴定、PCR鉴定、血清学鉴定,另外对采集的15,28,37,53周龄鸡血清进行D群沙门菌抗体检测。结果表明:共分离得到48株疑似禽沙门菌,分别命名为3701,4501~4530,5301~5317。其中1株来源于37周龄养殖环节的泄殖腔拭子样品(分离率为0.9%),30株来源于45周龄孵化环节的死鸡胚样品(分离率为75.0%),17株来源于53周龄孵化环节的死鸡胚样品(分离率为28.3%)。48株分离菌均符合沙门菌的生化特性,经PCR鉴定均为肠炎沙门菌。48株肠炎沙门菌均与O9、O12、Hg、Hm血清凝集,均属于D群肠炎沙门菌。鸡群15周龄时血清D群沙门菌抗体均为阴性;28周龄时血清D群沙门菌抗体开始转阳,平均阳性率为11.3%;37周龄时血清D群沙门菌抗体平均阳性率为48.6%;53周龄时血清D群沙门菌抗体平均阳性率为71.0%。说明该种鸡场鸡群在28周龄前就已经感染了肠炎沙门菌,53周龄时仍有部分感染鸡在持续排菌。In order to understand the infection of Salmonella enteritidis in a parent breeder farm,in the test,661 clinical samples of cloacal swabs and environmental swabs from 37,45 and 53-week-old broilers were collected for the isolation and culture of avian Salmonella,and the isolated strains were identified by biochemical,PCR and serological methods.In addition,the collected sera of 15,28,37 and 53-week-old chickens were tested for group D Salmonella antibodies.The results showed that a total of 48 suspected strains of avian Salmonella were isolated,which were named 3701,4501-4530 and 5301-5317,respectively.Among them,1 strain was derived from a 37-week-old cloacal swab sample(0.9%);30 strains were derived from a 45-week-old incubation dead chicken embryo sample(75.0%),and 17 strains were obtained from a 53-week-old incubation dead chicken embryo sample(28.3%).The 48 isolates all conformed to the biochemical characteristics of Salmonella and were identified as Salmonella enteritidis by PCR.The 48 strains of Salmonella enteritidis were agglutinated with O9,O12,Hg and Hm sera,all of which belonged to group D Salmonella enteritidis.At 15 weeks of age,the serum antibodies to group D Salmonella were negative.At 28 weeks of age,the serum group D Salmonella antibodies began to turn positive,and the average positive rate was 11.3%.At 37 weeks of age,the average positive rate of serum group D Salmonella antibodies was 48.6%.At 53 weeks of age,the average positive rate of serum group D Salmonella antibodies was 71.0%.The results indicated that the flock of the breeder farm had been infected with Salmonella enteritidis before the age of 28 weeks,and some infected chickens were still excreting bacteria at the age of 53 weeks.
