摘 要:为了研究复方厚朴白头翁散剂对肉鸡生长发育、屠宰性状、肉品质、免疫器官指数和肠道形态的影响,试验将750只1日龄爱拔益加(AA+)商品代肉鸡随机分为6组,每组5个重复,每个重复25只。其中对照组(C组)仅饲喂基础日粮,抗生素组(A组)在基础日粮中添加0.02%土霉素,试验组1(M1组)、组2(M2组)、组3(M3组)、组4(M4组)分别在基础日粮中添加0.1%、0.3%、0.5%、0.7%的复方厚朴白头翁散剂,试验期为42 d,试验结束后统计生长性能、屠宰性能、肉品质、免疫器官指数及肠道形态指标。结果表明:与C组相比,M2组21,42日龄体重、平均日增重和1~21日龄、1~42日龄平均日增重均显著升高(P<0.05),而M3组和M4组仅42日龄时体重和1~42日龄的平均日增重显著升高(P<0.05);M2组42日龄各体尺性状指标(体斜长、胸宽、胸深、龙骨长、胫长和胫围)、屠宰性能指标(屠宰率、半净膛率、全净膛率、胸肌率)、免疫器官指数(脾脏指数、法氏囊指数和胸腺指数)均显著升高(P<0.05),胸肌和腿肌剪切力及胸肌亮度(L^(∗))和黄度(b^(∗))均显著降低(P<0.05),十二指肠、空肠和回肠绒毛高度与隐窝深度比值(绒隐比)均显著升高(P<0.05),空肠隐窝深度显著降低(P<0.05)。与A组相比,M2组1~21日龄平均日增重显著升高(P<0.05),42日龄体斜长、胸宽、胸深、龙骨长和胫围及屠宰率、半净膛率、全净膛率、胸肌率均显著升高(P<0.05);胸肌和腿肌剪切力显著降低(P<0.05),胸腺指数显著升高(P<0.05),十二指肠、空肠和回肠绒毛高度与绒隐比均显著升高(P<0.05),空肠隐窝深度显著降低(P<0.05)。说明在肉鸡基础日粮中添加0.3%复方厚朴白头翁散剂可显著提高肉鸡生长性能、屠宰性能和肉品质,增强免疫力,改善肠道形态,具有明显的替抗效果。In order to study the effects of compound Magnolia-Pulsatilla powder on the growth and development,slaughter traits,meat quality,immune organ indexes and intestinal morphology in broilers,in the experiment,a total of 7501-day-old AA+commercial broilers were randomly divided into 6 groups with 5 replicates in each group,and 25 chickens per replicate.The control group(C group)was fed a basal diet;the antibiotic group(A group)was supplemented with 0.02%oxytetracycline in the basal diet;experimental group 1(M1 group),group 2(M2 group),group 3(M3 group)and group 4(M4 group)were supplemented with 0.1%,0.3%,0.5%and 0.7%compound MagnoliaPulsatilla powder in the basal diet,respectively.The experimental period was 42 days.After the experiment,the growth performance,slaughter performance,meat quality,immune organ index and intestinal morphological indexes were counted.The results showed that compared with C group,the body weights and the average daily gains at 21 and 42 days of age,and the average daily gains during 1-21 days and 1-42 days of age in the M2 group were significantly increased(P<0.05),while only the body weights at 42 days of age,and the average daily gains during 1-42 days of age in the M3 group and M4 group were significantly increased(P<0.05).At 42 days of age,the body size trait indexes(body oblique length,chest width,chest depth,keel length,tibial length and shin circumference),slaughter performance indexes(slaughter rate,semi-clear chamber rate,complete chamber rate,and pectoral muscle rate)and immune organ indexes(spleen index,bursa index and thymus index)were significantly increased in the M2 group(P<0.05),and the shear force of pectoral muscle and leg muscle,and the brightness(L^(∗))and yellowness(b^(∗))of pectoral muscle were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The ratio of villi height to crypt depth(chorion-crypt ratio)of duodenum,jejunum and ileum increased significantly(P<0.05),while jejunal crypt depth decreased significantly(P<0.05).Compared with A group,the average daily weight gain during 1-2
