摘　　要：为了化解奶企和养殖主体之间利益联结松散问题,构建一个稳定且紧密的利益联结机制,本研究从奶牛养殖户产业组织模式出发,将奶牛养殖户产业组织模式分为一体化模式、合作模式和合同模式,应用Multinomial Logit模型定量分析产业组织模式特征的影响因素,并根据分析结果构建产业组织视域下的奶业利益联结机制。结果表明:资产专用性、环境和行为不确定性是区分奶牛养殖户产业组织模式的核心特征。为破除资产专用性的“锁定效应”及环境和行为不确定性带来的弊端,本研究构建了“奶企+联合社+资金互助社+奶牛养殖户和合作社”的多元主体参与的利益联结机制,进一步将信任、声誉嵌入其中,形成社会关系嵌入的关系协调机制,优化治理结构。最后,笔者提出应发挥政府在组建联合社中的作用,保障奶牛养殖主体的利益,同时发挥乡村精英的纽带作用,以提升联结机制的稳定性和可持续性。In order to resolve the problem of loose interest linkages between dairy companies and breeding entities and to construct a stable and close interest linkage mechanism,this study started from the industrial organization model of dairy farmers and categorized the industrial organization model of dairy farmers into integrated model,cooperative model and contract model.The multinomial Logit model was applied to quantitatively analyze the influencing factors of the characteristics of the industrial organization models.Based on the analysis results,an interest linkage mechanism for the dairy industry from the industrial organization perspective was constructed.The results showed that asset specificity and environmental and behavioral uncertainty were the core characteristics that distinguished the industrial organization models of dairy farmers.To overcome the“lock-in effect”of asset specificity and the disadvantages caused by environmental and behavioral uncertainty,this study constructed a multi-party interest linkage mechanism involving“dairy enterprises,federations,mutual funds,dairy farmers and cooperatives”,and further embed trust and reputation into it to form a relationship coordination mechanism embedded in social relationships to optimize the governance structure.Finally,the author suggested that the government should play a role in forming cooperatives,ensuring the interests of dairy farmers,while rural elites could serve as a vital link to further stabilize and sustain the mechanism.
