摘 要:针对高庄煤业存在的巷道锚杆受力监测问题,提出一种基于光纤光栅技术的智能感知系统。该系统设计了新型减敏光纤光栅测力锚杆及光纤光栅锚杆(索)测力计,解决了传统光栅易损坏的问题。高庄煤业公司113上05工作面现场应用表明,该系统能够实时监测锚杆载荷变化,提供精准的巷道围岩变形数据;如推进至距工作面90~180 m锚杆载荷基本保持稳定状态,推进至距工作面12~40 m锚杆载荷出现明显升高,反映了显著的采动影响,证明了光纤光栅技术在煤矿安全监测中的可行性和有效性,为巷道支护优化提供了可靠的数据支持,锚杆的初锚力和锚固力分别显著提升,提高了矿井安全生产水平。Aiming at the existing force monitoring problem of roadway anchor rods in Gaozhuang Coal Industry,an intelligent perception system based on fiber raster technology is proposed.This system designs a new type of desensitization fiber raster force measuring anchor rod and fiber raster anchor rod(cable)dynamometer,which solves the problem of traditional rasters being easily damaged.The on-site application of the 113upper05 working face in Gaozhuang Coal Industry Company shows that the system can monitor the load changes in anchor rod in real time and provide accurate deformation data of roadway surrounding rock;when the anchor rod is pushed to a distance of 90-180 m from the working face,the anchor rod load remains basically stable.However,when the anchor rod is pushed to a distance of 12-40 m from the working face,the anchor rod load occurs a significant rising,reflecting the significant impact of mining.This proves the feasibility and effectiveness of fiber raster technology in coal mine safety monitoring,providing reliable data support for roadway support optimization.The initial anchoring force and anchorage force of the anchor rod are significantly rised,respectively,improving the safety production level of the mine.
