摘 要:针对红石湾煤矿1#副斜井高膨胀性黏土段软岩巷道稳定性控制问题,通过高强锚注支护技术理论,采用现场调研分析、数值模拟、工程试验等研究方法,分析高膨胀性黏土段软岩破坏特征和支护结构失稳机理,提出预应力高强锚注支护方案,采用高强、高黏度、亲泥性注浆锚固材料和大直径注浆锚杆(锚索)全断面封闭围岩体,重点强化底帮部支护强度和范围,消除底板支护薄弱点,提高护表强度,形成全断面锚注支护承载圈,增加围岩-支护体稳定性和整体性。现场应用表明,预应力高强锚注支护强化了支护体与围岩体的整体性联系,提高巷道支护主动性和承载强度,在支护强度和刚度上实现了支护-围岩系统协同耦合,有效控制围岩大变形,保障了巷道长期稳定。In response to the stability control problem of the soft rock roadway in the high expansion clay section of#the 1 auxiliary inclined shaft of Hongshiwan Coal Mine,through the theory of high-strength anchor injection support technology,research methods such as on-site investigation and analysis,numerical simulation,engineering testing and others are adopted to analyze the failure characteristics of soft rock and the instability mechanism of the support structure in the high expansion clay section.A prestressed high-strength anchor injection support scheme is proposed,which uses high-strength,high viscosity,mud loving grouting anchoring materials and large-diameter grouting anchor rods(anchor cables)to full cross section enclose the surrounding rock body.The focus is on strengthening the strength and range of the bottom side support,eliminating the weak points of the floor support,improving the strength of the protection surface,forming a full cross section anchor injection support carrier ring,and increasing the stability and integrity of the surrounding rock-support body.The on-site applications show that prestressed high-strength anchor injection support strengthens the overall connection between the support body and the surrounding rock body,improves the initiative and bearing strength of roadway support,achieves collaborative coupling of the support-surrounding rock system in terms of support strength and stiffness,effectively controls large deformation of surrounding rock,and ensures long-term stability of the roadway.
