基于多手段的煤矿井筒安全评价研究

摘　　要：煤炭开采过程中立井井筒会因采动、地应力作用、周围土层产生向下的负摩擦力的作用等原因出现井壁破裂,矿井深度较深,井壁厚度、强度均较高,井壁破裂具有突发性强、危害大的特点,对矿井的正常运输及安全生产造成严重威胁。为进一步完善井筒安全评价系统,以赵楼煤矿的主井、副井、风井3个井筒为研究案例,对各井筒的井架进行沉降观测、井壁混凝土开展应变监测、井筒整体偏斜观测、第四系及新近系水位监测,并且对各种监测技术的数据进行综合分析。结合现场检查情况,初步判定煤矿主井、副井、风井井筒井壁目前及未来3年均是稳定安全的,多手段井筒安全综合评价方法对矿井安全评价具有指导意义。During the process of coal mining,the wellbore of vertical shaft may occcur wellbore wall rupture due to factors such as mining,geostress action,downward negative friction action generated by the surrounding soil layers and so on.The depth of the mine is relatively deep,and the thickness and strength of the wellbore wall are relatively high.The rupture of the wellbore wall is characterized by strong suddenness and great harm,posing a serious threat to the normal transportation and safe production of the mine.To further improve the wellbore safety evaluation system,taking the three wellbores of main shaft,auxiliary shaft,and air shaft of Zhaolou Coal Mine as research cases,subsidence observations are conducted on the derricks of each wellbore,strain monitoring,overall skewness observation of the wellbore,monitoring of water levels in the Quaternary and Neogene are carried out on the wellbore wall concrete,and comprehensive analysis of data from various monitoring technologies is conducted.Combined with the on-site inspection situation,it is preliminarily determined that the main shaft,auxiliary shaft,and air shaft wellbore well walls of the coal mine are stable and safe at present and in the next three years.The multiple means wellbore safety comprehensive evaluation method has guiding significance for mine safety evaluation.
