基于地质构造分析的瓦斯防治技术研究

摘  要:针对大同矿区各煤矿因地质构造复杂而造成的瓦斯赋存差异巨大,使得大同矿区煤矿在正常生产过程中瓦斯突出较难控制,煤矿经常发生停工停产的问题,采用理论分析与实验室实验的方法针对性分析地质构造对瓦斯赋存与灾害的影响。通过构造煤分布分析、煤体物理结构分析、瓦斯赋存规律研究得出,四矿区中组煤孔隙率、煤层瓦斯含量以及瓦斯压力明显大于其他矿区,三矿区相较于四矿区灰分有所增加,但水分有所降低,瓦斯含量和瓦斯压力同样较大。通过矿井瓦斯灾害定级、瓦斯强突出矿井综合防治分析、瓦斯一般突出矿井综合防治分析完成了大同矿区煤矿整体的瓦斯防治方案研究。通过在不同矿区进行瓦斯治理效果分析可知,瓦斯防治措施抽采效果显著,瓦斯抽采量符合工作面生产的瓦斯防治要求,可应用于大同矿区煤矿实际生产中。In response to the significant differences in gas occurrence caused by complex geological structures in various coal mines in the Datong mining area,which makes it difficult to control gas outbursts during normal production and leads to frequent shutdowns,theoretical analysis and laboratory experiments are used to analyze the impact of geological structures on gas occurrence and disasters.Through the analysis of coal distribution,coal physical structure,and gas occurrence laws,it was found that the porosity,coal seam gas content,and gas pressure of the group coal in the fourth mining area were significantly higher than those in other mining areas.Compared with the fourth mining area,the ash content in the third mining area increased,but the moisture content decreased.The gas content and gas pressure were also relatively high.The overall gas prevention and control plan for coal mines in Datong mining area has been studied through the classification of mine gas disasters,comprehensive prevention and control analysis of strong gas outburst mines,and comprehensive prevention and control analysis of general gas outburst mines.Through the analysis of gas control effects in different mining areas,it can be seen that the gas prevention and control measures have significant extraction effects,and the gas extraction volume meets the gas prevention and control requirements of the working face production,which can be applied to the actual production of coal mines in Datong mining area.
