摘 要:针对煤矿井下有害气体监控中存在的实时性不足、数据传输稳定性差、能耗高等问题,基于“SGA-100系列气体检测模块”,设计一种煤矿井下有害气体安全监控系统,并在高庄煤业井下环境进行测试性研究。系统架构由数据层、传输层和应用层组成,各层协同工作,通过引入灰色关联分析方法,能实现H_2S、CO、NO、Cl_2等有害气体浓度的实时监测与预警,确保数据采集、传输与处理的高效性与可靠性。测试结果表明,在高采样速率下能保持稳定的数据采集速率,且传感器节点平均能耗随数据采集次数增加而下降,能有效解决传统监控系统在复杂环境中的布线困难、数据处理滞后和能耗高等问题,为煤矿安全生产提供了可靠的技术支持,显著提高矿井安全管理水平。Aiming at the problems of insufficient real-time performance,poor data transmission stability,and high energy consumption in the monitoring of harmful gases in coal mines,a safety monitoring system for harmful gases in coal mines is designed based on the"SGA-100 series gas detection module",and tested in the underground environment of Gaozhuang Coal Industry.The system architecture consists of a data layer,a transmission layer,and an application layer,which work together.By introducing the grey relational analysis method,real-time monitoring and early warning of harmful gas concentrations such as H2S,CO,NO,Cl2 can be achieved,ensuring the efficiency and reliability of data collection,transmission,and processing.The test results show that a stable data acquisition rate can be maintained at high sampling rates,and the average energy consumption of sensor nodes decreases with the increase of data acquisition times.This can effectively solve the problems of wiring difficulties,data processing lag,and high energy consumption in traditional monitoring systems in complex environments,providing reliable technical support for coal mine safety production and significantly improving the level of mine safety management.
