摘 要:针对东曲煤矿的采煤工作面在回采时会产生以矸石为主的废料而造成环境污染的问题,通过利用矸石充填采空区的方法进行处理,开展对矸石物理力学性质、矸石充填岩层控制及煤层瓦斯渗流的研究。研究结果表明:外力推压下的矸石安息角与自然状态下相比出现了明显升高,在加水前后变化微小,说明外力推压对矸石充填有促进作用;通过不同粒径级配下矸石压实实验可知级配细粒占比越多,充填效果会更好;在分析连续曲形梁结构的基础上利用COMSOL软件得出了充填法开采要显著好于垮落法,通过拟合得出的载荷关系式推出了降低顶板限定变形量可以有效提高充填支架对岩层的支撑力;通过对充填开采时的煤层瓦斯渗流进行分析利用机械扩孔造穴增加煤层的瓦斯抽采效率。In view of the problem of environmental pollution caused by the production of waste materials mainly composed of gangue during the stoping of the coal mining working face in Dongqu Coal Mine,research is conducted on the physical mechanics properties of gangue,control of gangue filled strata,and coal seam gas seepage by using the method of filling the goaf with gangue.The research results indicate that the repose angle of gangue under external force pushing and compressing occur significantly increases compared to that under natural state,with minimal changes before and after adding water,indicating that external force pushing and compressing has promoting effect on gangue filling;Through gangue compaction experiments under different particle size gradations,it is known that the higher the proportion of fine-grained gradation,the better the filling effect will be;On the basis of analyzing the continuous curved beam structure,COMSOL software is used to conclude that the filling method is significantly better than the collapse method in mining.The load relationship formula obtained by fitting deduces that reducing the limited deformation amount of the roof can effectively improve the support force of the filling bracket on the rock layer;By analyzing the coal seam gas seepage during filling and mining and using mechanical hole expanding and cave creating to increase the gas extraction efficiency of the coal seam.
