摘 要:针对煤矿井下劳动定额管理中存在的效率低、精准度不足等问题,基于劳动定额管理理论,采用大数据分析、人工智能和物联网等先进技术,构建了智能化劳动定额管理系统,利用传感器和RFID技术进行实时数据采集,借助大数据平台进行数据存储与处理,通过机器学习算法进行数据分析和预测,从而实现劳动定额的精准设定和动态调整。该系统能够自动采集和分析井下工人的劳动强度、工作时间和生产效率等数据,智能生成劳动定额建议,并根据实际情况进行实时优化,提高了劳动定额管理的效率和准确性,减少了人为误差,提升了煤矿的整体生产效率和安全性。In view of the existing problems of low efficiency,insufficient accuracy and others in labor quota management of coal mine downhole,based on the theory of labor quota management,advanced technologies such as big data analysis,artificial intelligence,the Internet of Things and so on are adopted to construct an intelligentize labor quota management system.Real time data collection is carried out using sensors and RFID technology,and data storage and processing are carried out with the help of big data platform.Through machine learning algorithm to conduct data analysis and prediction,thereby achieving precise setting and dynamic adjustment of labor quota.This system can automatically collect and analyze data on the labor intensity,working hours,production efficiency and so on of downhole workers,intelligently generate labor quota suggestions,and optimize them in real time according to actual situations,improving the efficiency and accuracy of labor quota management,reducing human errors,and enhancing the overall production efficiency and safety of coal mine.
