摘　　要：河北省高等教育大而不强,在两轮国家“双一流”建设高校遴选中劣势尽显。对标对表国家“双一流”建设目标和两轮“世界一流学科”遴选标准,深入分析了河北省高校“双一流”建设的差距与不足。从实施国家科技奖培育、创建国家级科技创新平台、加大财政专项支持力度、推进顶尖高校对口支援、精准引进学科领军人才、设立“双一流”建设学科特区、服务对接河北省主导产业发展需求、优化调整高校学科专业结构布局、全面提升高校国际化办学水平等多方面,提出了加快推进河北省高校“双一流”建设,促进河北省高等教育高质量发展的对策建议。Higher education in Hebei province is large but not strong,and the disadvantages are obvious in the two rounds of university selection of national“double first-class”construction.According to the national“double first-class”construction goals and the two rounds of“world-class discipline”selection criteria,this paper deeply analyzed the gap and deficiency of“double first-class”construction of universities in Hebei province.In order to speed up the construction of“double first-class”universities and promote the high-quality development of higher education in Hebei province,policy recommendations are put forward from various perspectives,including implementing the cultivation of the National Science and Technology Award,establishing a national science and technology innovation platform,increasing special financial support,promoting targeted support from top universities,precisely introducing leading talents in disciplines,establishing“double first-class”discipline special zones,serving the development needs of leading industries in Hebei Province,optimizing and adjusting the structure and layout of disciplines and majors in universities,and comprehensively improving the internationalization level of universities.
