益气养阴汤治疗妊娠期高血压疾病疗效的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨益气养阴汤对妊娠期高血压疾病患者的疗效及其对血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平的影响。方法:计算机检索常用的中英文数据库,检索时间为建库起至2023年5月31日,检索词包括:“益气养阴汤”、“妊娠期高血压”、“hypertensive disorders in pregnancy”、“妊高征”等,并筛选以常规治疗联合益气养阴汤或单用益气养阴汤治疗为主治疗妊娠期高血压疾病的参考文献。Review Manager软件进行Meta分析。结果:研究共纳入12篇参考文献,且多数文献均处于明显的低风险偏倚。血清SOD水平的合并结果显示:Chi^(2)=0.39,df=2(P=0.82);I^(2)=0%,采用固定效应模型分析,结果显示,Z=6.81(P<0.05);血清Hcy水平的合并结果显示:Chi^(2)=0.74,df=2(P=0.69);I^(2)=0%,采用固定效应模型分析,结果显示,Z=9.07(P<0.05);治疗总有效率的合并结果显示:Chi^(2)=7.33,df=8(P=0.50);I^(2)=0%,提示合并的文献无明显的异质性,采用随机效应模型分析,结果显示,Z=7.08(P<0.05)。结论:益气养阴汤有助于改善妊娠期高血压疾病患者血清学指标水平,降低血压水平,临床治疗效果较好。Objective:To explore the curative effect of Yiqi Yangyin(益气养阴) Decoction on patients with gestational hypertension and its influence on the levels of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and homocysteine(Hcy) in serum. Methods:Commonly used Chinese and English databases from their establishment to May 31st, 2023 were searched by computer. The search terms include Yiqi Yangyin Decoction, gestational hypertension, hypertensive disorders in pregnancy, pregnancy-induced hypertension, etc. Reference literature about conventional treatment combined with Yiqi Yangyin Decoction or single use of Yiqi Yangyin Decoction in the treatment of gestational hypertension were screened. Meta analysis was performed by Review Manager software. Results:A total of 12 pieces of reference were included in the study, and most of them were in obvious low-risk bias. The combined results of serum SOD levels showed that Chi^(2)=0.39 and df=2(P=0.82);I^(2)=0%. The fixed effect model was used for analysis, and the result showed that Z=6.81(P<0.05). The combined results of serum Hcy levels showed that Chi^(2)=0.74 and df=2(P=0.69);I^(2)=0%. The fixed effect model was used for analysis, and the result showed that Z=9.07(P<0.05). The combined results of the total effective rate showed that Chi^(2)=7.33 and df=8(P=0.50);I^(2)=0%,suggesting that the combined literature had no obvious heterogeneity. The random effect model analysis showed that Z=7.08(P<0.05). Conclusion:Yiqi Yangyin Decoction can improve the serological index of patients with gestational hypertension and reduce blood pressure, which shows a good clinical effect.
