小儿消积止咳口服液联合多西环素治疗肺炎支原体肺炎患儿的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察小儿消积止咳口服液联合多西环素治疗肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)患儿的效果。方法:选取2022年5月至2024年1月该院收治的60例MPP患儿进行前瞻性研究,按随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组各30例。对照组采用多西环素治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合小儿消积止咳口服液治疗,比较两组临床疗效,临床症状(发热、咳嗽、肺啰音)消失时间,治疗前后炎性因子[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(CRP)]水平,以及不良反应发生率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为93.33%(28/30),高于对照组的70.00%(21/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组发热、咳嗽、肺啰音等临床症状消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组TNF-α、CRP水平均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:小儿消积止咳口服液联合多西环素治疗MPP患儿可提高治疗总有效率,缩短临床症状消失时间,以及降低炎性因子水平的效果优于单纯多西环素治疗。Objective:To observe effects of Xiaoer Xiaoji Zhike oral liquid combined with Doxycycline in treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MPP).Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 60 children with MPP admitted to this hospital from May 2022 to January 2024.According to the random number table method,they were divided into study group and control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Doxycycline,while the study group was treated with Xiaoer Xiaoji Zhike oral liquid on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the disappearance time of clinical symptoms(fever,cough,lung rales),the levels of inflammatory factors[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),C-reactive protein(CRP)]before and after the treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 93.33%(28/30),which was higher than 70.00%(21/30)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of clinical symptoms such as fever,cough and lung rale in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of TNF-αand CRP in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,those in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Xiaoer Xiaoji Zhike oral liquid combined with Doxycycline in the treatment of the children with MPP can improve the total effective rate of treatment,shorten the disappearance time of clinical symptoms,and reduce the levels of inflammatory factors.Moreover,it is superior to simple Doxycycline treatment.
