补血益母丸联合屈螺酮炔雌醇治疗人工流产术后患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察补血益母丸联合常规西药治疗人工流产术后患者的效果。方法:选取2020年8月至2021年7月于该院行人工流产术的100例患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各50例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合补血益母丸治疗。比较两组月经指标(出血时间、月经复潮时间、经期)水平、治疗前后子宫内膜指标[子宫内膜厚度、阻力指数(RI)、搏动指数(PI)]水平以及并发症发生率。结果:观察组出血时间、月经复潮时间均短于对照组,经期长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组子宫内膜厚度高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,两组RI、PI水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为10.00%(5/50),低于对照组的34.00%(17/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补血益母丸联合常规西药治疗人工流产术后患者,可减少阴道出血,促进月经和子宫内膜恢复,延长经期,降低并发症发生率,效果优于单纯常规西药治疗。Objective:To observe effects of Buxue Yimu pills combined with conventional Drospirenone and Ethinylestradiol in treatment of patients after induced abortion.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 100 patients who underwent induced abortion in this hospital from August 2020 to July 2021.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Drospirenone and Ethinylestradiol,while the observation group was treated with Buxue Yimu pills on the basis of that of the control group.The levels of menstrual indexes(bleeding time,menstrual recovery time,menstrual period),the endometrial indexes[endometrial thickness,resistance index(RI),pulsatility index(PI)]levels before and after the treatment,and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The bleeding time and the menstrual recovery time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,the menstrual period was longer than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the endometrial thickness of the two groups was higher than that before the treatment,and that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group;the levels of RI and PI in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the incidence of complications in the observation group was 10.00%(5/50),which was lower than 34.00%(17/50)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Buxue Yimu pills combined with conventional Drospirenone and Ethinylestradiol in the treatment of the patients after induced abortion can reduce the vaginal bleeding,promote the menstrual and endometrial recovery,prolong the menstrual time,and reduce the incidence of complications.Moreover,it is
