摘　　要：目的系统评价术前耳穴贴压对腹腔镜术后胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法检索中国知网、万方、维普、PubMed、Cochrane Library、Web of Science等数据库中有关术前耳穴贴压对腹腔镜术后胃肠道功能恢复影响的随机对照试验(RCT),文献检索时限为建库至2024年6月30日。2名研究者遵循纳入及排除标准独立进行文献筛选、质量评价和数据提取,并运用RevMan 5.4软件展开系统评价。结果最终纳入11篇文献,共838例患者。meta分析结果显示,试验组术后首次排气时间、首次排便时间、首次肠鸣音时间、腹胀发生率及恶心呕吐发生率均优于对照组[MD=-11.13,95%CI(-15.77,-6.50),P<0.00001;MD=-15.09,95%CI(-16.79,-13.39),P<0.00001;MD=-8.39,95%CI(-14.43,-2.35),P=0.006;OR=0.21,95%CI(0.13,0.32),P<0.00001;OR=0.27,95%CI(0.17,0.45),P<0.00001]。结论术前耳穴贴压可有效促进腹腔镜患者术后胃肠功能恢复。Objective To systematically evaluate the impact of preoperative ear acupressure on gastrointestinal function recovery after laparoscopic surgery.Methods Randomized controlled trials(RCT)on the impact of preoperative ear acupressure on gastrointestinal function recovery after laparoscopic surgery were retrieved in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang,VIP,PubMed,Cochrane Library and Web of Science,etc.The time limit for literature retrieval was until June 30,2024.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,the literature screening,quality evaluation and data extraction were independently conducted by 2 researchers,and systematic evaluation was carried out by using RevMan 5.4 software.Results Finally,11 articles were included,with a total of 838 patients.The meta-analysis results showed that the experimental group was superior to the control group in all of postoperative first exhaust time,first defecation time,first bowel sound time,abdominal distension incidence,and nausea and vomiting incidence than the control group(MD=-11.13,95%CI[-15.77,-6.50],P<0.00001;MD=-15.09,95%CI[-16.79,-13.39],P<0.00001;MD=-8.39,95%CI[-14.43,-2.35],P=0.006;OR=0.21,95%CI[0.13,0.32],P<0.00001;OR=0.27,95%CI[0.17,0.45],P<0.00001).Conclusion Preoperative ear acupressure can effectively promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function of laparoscopic patients after operation.
