丙泊酚镇静麻醉技术在经内镜逆行胰胆管造影术诊疗中的价值分析

摘　　要：目的探究经内镜逆行胰胆管造影术(ERCP)应用丙泊酚镇静麻醉技术的临床价值分析。方法选择2023年1月至2023年12月白银市第二人民医院进行ERCP诊疗患者50例为对象,按双盲法随机分为参比组和分析组,每组各25例。其中,参比组给予常规麻醉措施,分析组给予常规麻醉联合丙泊酚,对比两组术中30 min生命体征指标、不良反应发生率及术后苏醒时间、清醒时间情况。结果两组术中30 min生命体征各项指标对比,分析组心跳次数、呼吸次数低于参比组,血氧饱和度高于参比组(P<0.05);分析组并发症发生率低于参比组(P<0.05);分析组术后苏醒时间及麻醉清醒时间短于参比组(P<0.05)。结论在ERCP诊疗术中,引入丙泊酚镇静麻醉技术,利于维持患者术中生命体征稳定,缩短苏醒及清醒时间,且整体安全性处于较高水平。Objective To explore the clinical value analysis of using propofol sedation anesthesia technique in endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP).Methods Fifty patients who underwent ERCP diagnosis and treatment at the Second People’s Hospital of Baiyin City from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the subjects.They were randomly divided into a reference group and an analysis group using a double-blind method,with 25 patients in each group.Among them,the reference group was given conventional anesthesia measures,while the analysis group was given conventional anesthesia combined with propofol.The vital signs indicators,incidence of adverse reactions,postoperative recovery time,and recovery time were compared between the two groups at 30 minutes during surgery.Results Thirty minutes vital signs of the two groups were compared,the heart rate and respiratory rate of the analysis group were lower than those of the reference group,and the blood oxygen saturation was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The complication rate of analysis group was lower than that of reference group(P<0.05).The postoperative recovery time and anesthesia waking time of analysis group were shorter than those of reference group(P<0.05).Conclusions In the diagnosis and treatment of ERCP,the introduction of propofol sedation and anesthesia is conducive to maintaining the stability of patients’vital signs during the operation,shortening the waking and waking time,and the overall safety is at a high level.
