早期肠内营养支持治疗重症颅脑外伤患者的效果

摘　　要：目的研究分析重症颅脑外伤患者予以早期肠内营养支持治疗的应用效果及对营养状况、生化指标等影响情况。方法选择60例重症颅脑外伤患者,均于2022年8月至2023年12月就诊于莒南县人民医院,患者以奇偶数形式分配,对照组30例使用肠外营养支持治疗,观察组30例应用早期肠内营养支持治疗,做营养状况指标、血清炎症因子及应激激素指标、并发症发生情况等统计,分析治疗效果。结果治疗后观察组白蛋白、前白蛋白、血红蛋白、转铁蛋白、淋巴细胞计数等指标水平均高于对照组(均P<0.05);采取治疗后,观察组肿瘤坏死因子、白细胞介素6、C反应蛋白、降钙素原、皮质醇、血管紧张素Ⅱ水平均低于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论重症颅脑外伤患者就诊期间予以早期肠内营养支持治疗能够对其机体营养水平、生化指标等做到有效调整,有助于管控患者疾病诊疗过程中并发症发病率。Objective To study and analyze the effect of early enteral nutrition support therapy and its effects on nutritional status and biochemical indexes in patients with severe head injury.Methods A total of 60 patients visited Ju’nan County People’s Hospital from August 2022 to December 2023,the patients were assigned to the group in the form of even numbers,and 30 patients with severe craniocerebral trauma were treated with parenteral nutrition support;30 patients in the observation group were analyzed with nutritional status,serum inflammatory factors and stress hormones,and the occurrence of complications.Results The levels of albumin,prealbumin,haemoglobin,transferrin,lymphocyte count and other indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after treatment(all P<0.05);after taking the treatment,the levels of tumour necrosis factor,interleukin 6,C-reactive protein,procalcitonin,cortisol,and angiotensin II in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the rate of complications was lower than that in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Patients with severe head trauma are treated during their visits,and the development of early enteral nutrition support therapy can effectively adjust their nutritional level and biochemical indicators,and help to control the incidence of complications in the process of disease diagnosis and treatment.
