急性会厌炎蒸汽雾化吸入和氧气雾化吸入治疗的效果比较分析

摘  要:目的分析急性会厌炎患者行地塞米松、布地奈德蒸汽雾化吸入/氧气雾化吸入的治疗效果及对症状的缓解作用。方法纳入福建医科大学附属泉州第一医院2023年2月至2024年2月接诊成人急性会厌炎患者90例为研究对象,进行回顾性研究,所有患者均接受地塞米松、布地奈德吸入治疗,将接受氧气雾化吸入治疗者纳入对照组(45例),将接受蒸汽雾化吸入治疗者纳入研究组(45例)。比较患者治疗前后急性会厌炎症状评分、炎症因子指标、细胞因子指标,治疗后症状缓解时间,会厌肿胀缓解率及治疗有效率组间差异。结果较对照组,研究组治疗后颈部触痛、咽喉疼痛、憋气、吸气性痰鸣症状评分降低,且咽喉阻塞、吞咽疼痛、会厌肿胀缓解时间缩短(P<0.05);较对照组,研究组治疗后血白细胞计数、C反应蛋白、降钙素原、免疫球蛋白、干扰素-γ降低(P<0.05)。较对照组,研究组治疗后会厌肿胀缓解率升高(P<0.05),两组治疗有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论相较氧气雾化吸入,蒸汽雾化吸入治疗的应用可优化急性会厌炎患者症状缓解效果,促进会厌肿胀转归,提升炎症因子、细胞因子纠正效果,提高会厌肿胀缓解率。Objective To analyze the treatment effect of dexamethasone and budesonide steam inhalation or oxygen nebulization inhalation in patients with acute epiglottitis and their symptom relief.Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 90 adult patients with acute epiglottitis treated at the First Hospital of Quanzhou,Fujian Medical University from February 2023 to February 2024.All patients received dexamethasone and budesonide inhalation treatment.Those who received oxygen nebulization inhalation treatment were included in the control group(45 cases),and those who received steam inhalation treatment were included in the study group(45 cases).The acute epiglottitis symptom scores,inflammatory factor indicators,and cytokine indicators were compared before and after treatment,as well as the time of symptom relief,the rate of epiglottis swelling relief,and the treatment effectiveness between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the scores of neck tenderness,throat pain,breath-holding and aspiratory sputum clamor were lower in the study group after treatment,and the relief time of throat obstruction,swallowing pain and epiglottic swelling was shorter(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the blood leukocyte count(WBC),C-reactive protein,procalcitonin,immunoglobulin E and interferon-γ in the study group were decreased after treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the remission rate of epiglottic swelling was increased in the study group after treatment(P<0.05),and there was no statistical significance in the treatment effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Compared with oxygen atomization,the application of steam atomization therapy can optimize the symptom relief effect of acute epiglottitis patients,promote the outcome of epiglottitis swelling,improve the correction effect of inflammatory factors and cytokines,and improve the remission rate of swelling.
