依诺肝素钠与硝苯地平联合治疗子痫前期患者的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨依诺肝素钠与硝苯地平联合治疗方案在子痫前期患者中的应用效果。方法选择2022年1月至2024年2月徐州瑞博医院收治的子痫前期患者60例,根据随机数字表法予以分组,所有患者均予以常规基础性治疗,参考组30例在基础治疗的同时采用硝苯地平治疗,联合组30例在参考组基础上同时予以依诺肝素钠治疗。两组均持续治疗至血压恢复正常或分娩。观察两组临床疗效、尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(SCr)、血尿酸(UA)、24 h尿蛋白排泄(24 h UP)、妊娠结局及不良反应发生情况。结果联合组总有效率高于参考组(P<0.05);两组治疗后BUN、SCr、UA、24 h UP水平均低于治疗前,且联合组低于参考组(P<0.05);联合组不良妊娠结局总发生率低于参考组(P<0.05);两组不良反应总发生率无差异(P>0.05)。结论依诺肝素钠+硝苯地平治疗子痫前期患者的疗效确切,有助于改善患者肾功能水平与妊娠结局,且具备较高的安全性。Objective To investigate the effect of enoxaparin sodium combined with nifedipine in the treatment of preeclampsia.Methods A total of 60 patients with preeclampsia admitted to XU ZHOU REBO HOSPITAL from January 2022 to February 2024 were selected and divided into groups according to random number table method.All patients were given routine basic treatment.30 patients in the reference group were treated with nifedipine in addition to basic treatment,and 30 cases in the combined group were given enoxparin sodium combined with basic treatment.Both groups continued treatment until blood pressure returned to normal or delivery.The clinical efficacy,urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(SCr),serum uric acid(UA),24 hour urinary protein excretion(24 hour UP),pregnancy outcome and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of combination group was higher than that of reference group(P<0.05).BUN,SCr,UA,24 hour UP levels after treatment were lower than before treatment,and the combined group was lower than the reference group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in combination group was lower than that in reference group(P<0.05).There was no difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Enoxaparin sodium and nifedipine is effective in the treatment of patients with preeclampsia,which is helpful to improve the level of patients’kidney function and pregnancy outcome,and has a high safety.
