摘　　要：目的研究无缝衔接一体化急救模式结合智慧疏导模式在事故所致的急性创伤患者急救中的应用效果。方法将2023年1月至2024年1月就诊于齐河县人民医院的68例事故所致的急性创伤患者采用随机数字表法分为智慧疏导组(34例)、一体联合组(34例)。智慧疏导组患者行智慧疏导模式干预,一体联合组患者在智慧疏导组的基础上采用无缝衔接一体化急救模式进行干预。对比两组的急诊至手术时间、急诊至病房时间、格拉斯哥昏迷评分(GCS)、疼痛程度视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、抢救有效率及满意度情况。结果与智慧疏导组相比,一体联合组急诊至手术时间、急诊至病房时间均更短,VAS评分更低,GCS评分、抢救有效率、护理总满意率更高(均P<0.05)。结论无缝衔接一体化急救模式结合智慧疏导模式在事故所致的急性创伤急救中的效果理想,可明显缩短急诊至手术时间,且患者满意度较高,可有效降低疼痛程度。Objective The application effect of seamless integrated first aid mode combined with intelligent guidance mode in the first aid of acute trauma patients caused by accidents is studied.Methods The 68 acute trauma patients admitted to the emergency department of Qihe County People’s Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were divided into intelligent counseling group(34 cases)and integrated combination group(34 cases)by random number table.The research objects of the intelligent guidance group intervene in the intelligent guidance mode,and the research objects of the integrated joint group adopt the seamless integrated first aid mode on the basis of the intelligent guidance group.Emergency time to surgery time,emergency time to ward time,Glasgow coma score(GCS),pain level visual analogue scales(VAS)score,rescue response rate and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the wisdom-sparing group,the all-in-one combined group had shorter emergency-to-operation time and emergency-to-ward time,lower VAS scores,and higher GCS scores,resuscitation efficiency,and overall satisfaction with care(all P<0.05).Conclusions The seamless integrated first aid mode combined with the intelligent guidance mode has an ideal effect in the first aid of acute trauma caused by accidents,which can significantly shorten the time from emergency to operation,and the patient’s satisfaction are high,which can effectively reduce the pain degree.
