麻醉复苏护理结合综合保温对全身麻醉患者苏醒躁动期的影响

摘　　要：目的分析麻醉复苏护理结合综合保温对全身麻醉患者苏醒躁动期的影响。方法选取福建医科大学附属第一医院2023年1月至2023年6月接受全身麻醉手术治疗的40例患者为对照组,选取2023年7月至2023年12月接受全身麻醉手术治疗的40例患者为观察组。对照组接受常规护理,观察组于此基础上接受麻醉复苏护理结合综合保温干预。对比两组不同时间节点的应激指标、生理指标、苏醒时间、并发症情况、护理评价。结果气管拔管时,观察组肾上腺素、去甲肾上腺素、C反应蛋白对照组更低(P<0.05);气管拔管时,观察组心率、收缩压、舒张压较对照组更低(P<0.05);观察组平均苏醒时间、并发症发生率较对照组更低(P<0.05);观察组护理总满意度较对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论麻醉复苏护理结合综合保温的实施,能够、减轻全身麻醉手术患者术中应激反应,保持稳定的心率与血压,降低苏醒期躁动等并发症发生风险,缩短患者的苏醒时间,提高护理满意度。Objective To analyze the effect of anesthesia resuscitation nursing combined with comprehensive insulation on the recovery and agitation period of general anesthesia patients.Methods A total of 40 patients who underwent general anesthesia surgery from January to June 2023 were selected as the control group,and 40 patients who underwent general anesthesia surgery from July to December 2023 were selected as the observation group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received anesthesia resuscitation care combined with comprehensive insulation intervention on this basis.Compare stress indicators,physiological indicators,recovery time,complications,and nursing evaluation between two different time points.Results During tracheal extubation,epinephrine,norepinephrine and C-reactive protein in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The heart rate,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The average recovery time and complication rate of observation group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The implementation of anesthesia resuscitation nursing combined with comprehensive insulation can alleviate the intraoperative stress reaction of patients undergoing general anesthesia,maintain stable heart rate and blood pressure,reduce the risk of complications such as agitation during the recovery period,shorten the recovery time of patients,and improve nursing satisfaction.
