老年糖尿病护理中应用心理护理的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨老年糖尿病护理中应用心理护理的效果。方法随机将88例(2023年1月至2023年12月)光泽县杭川社区卫生服务中心患者分为对照组和观察组,前者44例患者予以常规护理,后者44例患者在前者基础上采用心理护理。比较两组患者负性情绪、心理弹性、血糖水平、自我管理情况、健康行为。结果护理后观察组焦虑、抑郁自评分数低于对照组(P<0.05);护理后坚韧性、自强性、乐观性高于护理前且观察组更高(P<0.05);护理后两组血糖水平均低于护理前且观察组更低(P<0.05);观察组自我管理情况、健康行为评分均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论心理护理可减少患者负性情绪的产生,心理弹性更佳,可有效控制患者血糖,提高自我管理的能力,健康行为更优。Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing in the nursing of senile diabetes.Methods A total of 88 patients(from January 2023 to December 2023)in Hangchuan Community Health Service Center of Guangze County were randomly divided into control group and observation group,44 patients in the former were given routine nursing,and 44 patients in the latter were given psychological nursing on the basis of the former.Negative emotions,mental resilience,blood sugar level,self-management and health behavior were compared between the two groups.Results The self-rated scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The toughness,self-reliance and optimism after nursing were higher than those before nursing and the observation group were higher(P<0.05).After care,the blood glucose level in both groups was lower than before care,and the observation group was lower(P<0.05).The self-management and health behavior scores of observation group were higher than those of control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Psychological nursing can reduce patients'negative emotions,have better psychological elasticity,effectively control patients’blood sugar,improve their self-management ability and have better health behaviors.
