壮药尖锐湿疣外洗剂微生物限度检查方法研究

摘　　要：目的:建立壮药尖锐湿疣外洗剂微生物限度检查方法。方法:依据2020版《中国药典》,采用平皿法考察需氧菌、霉菌和酵母菌总数,并对控制菌检查系统适用性进行考察。结果:壮药尖锐湿疣外洗剂对枯草芽孢杆菌和铜绿假单胞菌存在一定的抑制作用,通过稀释样品可有效地消除抑菌作用。消除抑菌性后,需氧菌、霉菌和酵母菌总数方法适应性检查中,菌液回收率在0.7~1.3之间,符合规定。控制菌检查中,壮药尖锐湿疣外洗剂试验组能检出金黄色葡萄球菌和铜绿假单胞菌的反应特性,符合要求。结论:建立的微生物限度检查方法稳定可靠,适用于壮药尖锐湿疣外洗剂微生物限度检查。Objective To establish a method for microbial limit test of Zhuang medicine condyloma acuminatum external lotion.Methods According to the 2020 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia,the plate method was used to investigate the total number of aerobic bacteria,molds and yeasts,and the applicability of the control bacteria inspection system was investigated.Results Zhuang medicine condyloma acuminatum external lotion has a certain inhibitory effect on Bacillus subtilis and Pseudomonas aeruginosa,and the bacteriostatic effect can be effectively eliminated by diluting the sample.After the elimination of bacteriostasis,the recovery rate of aerobic bacteria,molds and yeasts was between 0.7 and 1.3,which conformed to the regulations.In the control bacteria examination,the test group of Zhuang medicine condyloma acuminatum external lotion can detect the reaction characteristics of Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa,which meets the requirements.Conclusion The established microbial limit test method is stable and reliable and is suitable for the microbial limit test of Zhuang medicine condyloma acuminatum external lotion.
