马槟榔药材的质量标准研究

摘　　要：目的:对马槟榔展开质量标准研究,建立该药材质量标准。方法:首先通过薄层色谱法对三批马槟榔样品药材进行了鉴别,然后对马槟榔药材的水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分和浸出物进行了测定。结果:薄层色谱特征斑点清晰、Rf值适中、分离度好,可作为马槟榔药材的理化鉴别;拟定了马槟榔药材水分、总灰分和酸不溶性灰分分别不得高于10.5%、7.5%和0.1%;浸出物不得低于15.5%。结论:该研究建立的马槟榔薄层色谱方法简单易操作、重现性好,可作为马槟榔药材的理化鉴别方法;检测指标限度能有效控制马槟榔药材质量。Objective To establish the quality standardof Capparis masaikai Lévl.Methods Firstly three batches of Capparis masaikai Lévl.were detemined by TLC.Then the moisture,total ash,acid-insoluble ash and extract were determined.Results The TLC spots were clear,The Rf-values were just right and the resolution was good,so the TLC can be used to identify the medicine.It is suggested the moisture limit is not more than10.5%,the total ash limit is not more than 7.5%,the acid-insoluble ash limit is not more than 0.1%,the limit of extract is not lower than 15.5%.Conclusion The TLC method established in this study is simple,easy to operate and has good reproducibility,and can be used as a physical and chemical identification method for the medicinal materials of Capparis masaikai Lévl.;The limit of detection indexes can effectively control the quality of Capparis masaikai Lévl.
