壮医外治法治疗腰肌劳损的研究进展

摘　　要：腰肌劳损是临床上较为常见的骨科疾病,腰部疼痛及肌肉痉挛或僵硬是本病最为常见的临床表现。腰肌劳损属于壮医“核伊”范畴,近年来壮医外治法广泛应用于腰肌劳损并取得良好疗效,文章将对腰肌劳损壮医病因病机及外治法进行综述。Lumbar Muscle Strain is a clinically common orthopedic disease,and lumbar pain and muscle spasm or stiffness are the most common clinical manifestations of this disease.Lumbar Muscle Strain belongs to the “Heyi” category of Zhuang medicine.In recent years,Zhuang medicine has been widely used in the treatment of Lumbar Muscle Strain and has achieved good curative effect.This article will provide a review of the etiology,pathogenesis,and external treatment methods of lumbar muscle strain in Zhuang medicine.
