药食同源代代花的本草考证与化学成分、药理作用研究进展

摘　　要：代代花是芸香科柑橘属植物酸橙栽培变种之一代代的干燥花蕾,在我国应用历史悠久,是卫生部门公布的“既是食品又是药品的物品名单”中的花类植物。代代花含有挥发油类、黄酮类、多糖类、生物碱类、香豆素类等化学成分,在抗炎、抗肿瘤、抗氧化、化痰、抗抑郁等方面应用较广泛,市场上已存在多种与代代花相关的产品,人们对代代花的关注度也进一步提升。通过查阅历代草本书籍文献及国内外现代相关研究,从代代花的本草考证与化学成分、药理作用等方面进行分析和总结,以期正本清源,为代代花药食两用价值挖掘、代代花资源综合开发利用提供理论参考。Citrus Aurantium L.var.amara Engl.,which is one of the dry buds of lime cultivated varieties of citrus plant in rutaceae.It has a long history of use in China and is included in both the food and medicine lists published by the health department.Citrus Aurantium L.var.amara Engl.contains volatile oils,flavonoids,polysaccharides,alkaloids,coumarins,and other chemical components that are widely utilized for their anti-inflammatory,anti-tumor,antioxidant,expectorant,antidepressant properties among others.There is a wide range of flower-related products available on the market which has further increased people's interest in this plant.By consulting herbal books and literature from past dynasties as well as conducting modern research at home and abroad.In this study,we systematically analyzes and summarizes the research on the herbal textual,chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of medicine-food homologous Citrus Aurantium L.var.amara Engl.to clarify their source while providing theoretical references for future generations regarding dual-use value exploitation of anthers as food items alongside comprehensive development and utilization of floral resources.
