摘　　要：肛瘘术后患者常存在创面愈合缓慢的问题,中医药通过整体调治,在促进创面愈合方面具有独特优势。文章介绍了中医药治疗肛瘘术后创面愈合的经验。认为湿热瘀毒为肛瘘的基本病机,虽经手术治疗去除病灶,但邪气仍存,遇邪易引而发。提出疮疡之治不重脾胃是为失治,包括调脾胃以清湿热、运枢机、利魄门、存生机。外治则是重在祛腐生新,自拟银黄洗液治疗。采用内外合治的促进术后创面愈合,取得较好的疗效,并附验案1则以资佐证。Patients with anal fistula often have the problem of slow wound healing.Traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in promoting wound healing through overall treatment.This paper introduces the experience of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of wound healing after anal fistula operation.It is believed that damp-heat,blood stasis and toxin are the basic pathogenesis of anal fistula,and the lesions are removed with surgical treatment,but the evil still exists,and it is easy to be caused by evil.It is proposed that the treatment of sores and ulcers is not the treatment of the spleen and stomach,including regulating the spleen and stomach to clear damp heat,transport the pivot,promote the body and survive.External treatment is focused on removing rot and generating new,self-made Yinhuang lotion treatment.The use of internal and external treatment to promote postoperative wound healing has achieved good results,and 1 case is attached for evidence.
