摘  要:为抑制非隔离光伏逆变器中的漏电流问题,此处提出一种十一开关箝位型三相光伏逆变器。该拓扑在传统三相逆变器拓扑基础上增加了一组续流电路和一组箝位电路。续流电路为三相逆变器的电流提供续流通路,箝位电路将续流模态的共模电压双向箝位至母线电压的一半,并针对该拓扑提出一种载波调制和逻辑运算相结合的控制策略。这种控制策略可以实现共模电压幅值在U_(PV)/3,U_(PV)/2和2U_(PV)/3之间变化,减小共模电压波动,漏电流抑制效果较好。最后搭建逆变电路仿真和硬件实验平台,验证了该拓扑能有效抑制漏电流。In order to suppress the leakage current in non-isolated photovoltaic inverters,an 11-switch clamped threephase photovoltaic inverter is proposed.Based on the traditional three-phase inverter topology,a set of follow current circuit and a set of clamping circuit are added.The follow current circuit provides a continuous flow path for the current of the three-phase inverter and the clamping circuit clamps the common-mode voltage of the continuing mode bidirectionally to half of the bus voltage.A control strategy combining carrier modulation and logic operation is proposed specifically for this topology.This control strategy allows common-mode voltage amplitudes to vary between U_(PV)/3,U_(PV)/2 and 2U_(PV)/3,which reduces the fluctuation of common-mode voltage,and makes the leakage current suppression effect better.Finally,the simulation and hardware experimental platform for the inverter circuit are constructed,validating that the topology can effectively suppress leakage current.
