摘 要:可控换相换流器(CLCC)采用晶闸管与IGBT混联拓扑,通过主动转移故障电流、构建换相电压,可从根本上解决“换相失败”问题。为了能够全面、直观、及时地监视CLCC中各个元器件的运行情况,结合实际工程项目需求,兼顾现场分系统调试、换流器检修、正常运维等不同使用场景,此处提出了基于双网双冗余架构的监视系统设计方法,并详细研究了通信管理板、录波机箱以及SCADA后台系统的软硬件实现方案,并且研制出了CLCC监视系统,成功应用于葛南改造工程现场,其性能完全满足换流器与阀控设备状态在线监视及系统调试等需求。The controllable line commutation converter(CLCC)adopts a hybrid topology of thyristor and IGBT.By actively transferring fault current and constructing commutation voltage,the problem of commutation failure can be fundamentally solved.In order to comprehensively,intuitively,and timely monitor the operation of various components in the CLCC,combining with actual engineering project requirements,and taking into account different usage scenarios such as on-site subsystem debugging,converter maintenance,and normal operation and maintenance,a monitoring system design method is proposed based on dual network and dual redundancy architecture,and the software and hardware implementation schemes of the communication management board,waveform recording case,and SCADA backend system are studied in detail,a CLCC monitoring system has been developed and successfully applied to the Ge’nan renovation project site.Its performance fully meets the requirements of online monitoring and system debugging of the converter and valve control equipment status.
