摘  要:针对永磁同步电机(PMSM)在低速运行时常使用的高频注入法易产生额外高频噪声的问题,研究了一种基于伪随机高频注入的无位置控制策略。通过在控制系统直轴端注入随机高频信号,设计了一种改进的广义二阶积分器(ISOGI)加正交锁相环(PLL)观测器来识别电机转子位置,并基于半实物平台开展实验研究。实验结果表明该方法识别电机转子角度和速度平均误差为0.458°和2.46 r·min^(-1),具有较高的位置估测精度,相比于固定频率注入法,能抑制相电流功率频谱的高频谐波尖峰,有效减少控制系统高频噪声。To address the issue of additional high-frequency noise commonly generated by the high-frequency injection method during the low-speed operation of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM),a position-sensorless control strategy based on pseudo-random high-frequency injection is explored.This strategy involves injecting a random highfrequency signal into the direct axis of the control system and designing an improved second-order generalized integrator(ISOGI)with an orthogonal phase-locked loop(PLL)observer to accurately identify the rotor position of the motor.The approach is tested using a hardware-in-the-loop simulation platform.The experimental results demonstrates that this method achieves an average error of 0.458°in determining the motor rotor angle and 2.46 r·min^(-1) in speed,indicating high positional estimation accuracy.Compared to the fixed-frequency injection method,this technique effectively suppresses high-frequency harmonic peaks in the phase current power spectrum,significantly reducing the highfrequency noise in the control system.
