摘 要:随着柔性直流输电(VSC-HVDC)技术的发展,换流阀的安全运行及各类型VSC-HVDC系统的故障穿越分析已成为国内外学者的研究热点。阀控系统(VBC)过流保护链路延时设计及测试方法对换流阀的安全运行及故障穿越等方面有着较大影响。此处设计了“三取二”配置的过流保护单元架构,通过分析VBC过流保护链路延时组成,从控制周期、处理机制、通信机制等多个方面提出优化方法;并设计子模块接口装置搭建了全规模测试平台,提出了链路延时测试方法。此处所提过流保护链路延时设计及测试方法已应用于某VSC-HVDC工程VBC。工程VBC的厂内测试和现场实际运行全面验证了该设计的有效性。With the development of voltage source converter-high voltage direct current(VSC-HVDC)technology,the safe operation of the converter valve and the analysis of fault ride-through of the VSC-HVDC system have become the research hotspots of scholars at home and abroad.The design and testing method of overcurrent protection link delay of valve base controller(VBC)have a great influence on the safe operation and fault ride-through of converter valve.The overcurrent protection architecture is designed with“two out of three”configuration,and the optimization method is put forward from various aspects such as control cycle,processing mechanism,communication mechanism through analyzing the overcurrent protection link delay composition of the VBC,and the full-scale test platform is built and the link delay testing method is proposed by designing submodule interface device.The proposed overcurrent protection link delay design and testing method have been applied to VBC of the VSC-HVDC engineering.The inplant testing and actual operation of the engineering VBC have fully verified the effectiveness of the design.
