摘  要:针对双向DC/DC变换器在电力机车应用中存在高开关损耗、高开关应力以及大电流纹波的问题,此处以电压、电流应力最小的交错并联双向DC/DC变换器为研究对象,通过添加开关电容来提高变换器电压增益,达到减小开关器件损耗的目的。同时,建立DC/DC变换器控制模型并进行分析,验证了双电流内环的优势,在此基础上提出外加电压环代替移相控制技术的策略,用来保证双向DC/DC变换器的工作特性。最后通过实验对所提控制策略的有效性进行了验证。To address the problems of high switching losses,high switching stress and large current ripple in the bidirectional DC/DC converter for electric locomotive applications,the interleaved parallel bi-directional DC/DC converter with minimum voltage and current stress is taken as the research object,and the voltage gain of the converter is increased by adding switching capacitors to achieve the purpose of reducing the switching device losses.At the same time,a DC/DC converter control model is established and analyzed to verify the advantages of the dual-current inner loop,based on which a strategy of applying a voltage loop instead of phase shifting control technology is proposed to ensure the operating characteristics of the bidirectional DC/DC converter.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy is verified by experiments.
